The SP1 Fire Rated Loft Hatch is a steel push-up access hatch with a 60-minute fire protection rating. Part L compliant, it fits a 555 x 555mm ceiling cut-out and is draught sealed for energy efficiency. The powder coated zintec steel finishes provide a maintenance-free, smooth white surface. With 100mm of fire-resistant mineral slab insulation, it ensures safety and energy efficiency while conforming to building regulations with a 0.35 "U" value. UKAS accredited for quality assurance.
