The Elite Egress 12" Friction Stay with Safety Restrictor provides an added layer of security for any window. Its BBA-approved design allows the window to open to a fixed point of your choice and requires a release mechanism to open beyond that point. It is also tested and certified to ensure maximum exit clearance in the case of an emergency.
